Atheron has established a convergent molecular discovery platform integrating multiple advanced technologies, enabling the development of diverse classes of next-generation small-molecule therapeutics, including GPCR allosteric inhibitors, Degrader, Molecular Glues, peptides, and Small Molecule–Macromolecule Conjugates, expanding the druggable target landscape beyond those traditionally intractable. In parallel, Atheron deeply integrates artificial intelligence across critical stages of drug discovery, applying AI-assisted design to target identification, molecular generation, ADMET prediction, and structure optimization, significantly improving discovery efficiency and probability of success.

Atheron has developed a comprehensive biologics discovery platform, Antibody Integrated Mastery (AIM). The platform focuses on multifunctional therapeutics, including multi-specific antibodies, antibody fusion proteins, and antibody-conjugated small molecule or polypeptide.

The AIM platform is built on two core technological pillars:

1.Integrated Antibody Discovery Technology Leveraging deep biological understanding, the platform defines precise R&D strategies and combines diverse antibody sources, including human, mouse, camel, rabbit, and phage/ yeast display technologies.

2.Intelligent Structural Biology Technology Structural biology underpins AI, integrating AIDD with high-throughput experimental systems to accelerate discovery, druggability assessment, and CMC development.

We have established an efficient, closed-loop translational medicine framework that spans target discovery through proof of concept. Centered on biomarker-driven development, the system integrates multi-omics approaches to identify and validate disease-relevant biomarkers during early target discovery, optimizes candidate molecules across diverse preclinical disease models, and applies prospective biomarker strategies in clinical trials to precisely select patients most likely to benefit. Guided by biomarkers, we maximize the probability of success and ensure our therapies reach the patients who need them most.
