Responsibilities
- 1、Target research and project initiation; design proof-of-concept experiments and in vitro/in vivo screening workflows based on biological understanding.
- 2、Establish in vitro/in vivo screening assays for large and small molecule projects (oncology, autoimmune diseases); use internal and external resources to build evaluation systems and PD methods, conduct mechanistic exploration experiments, and advance biomarker development and translational scientific research, including experimental design, execution and data analysis.
- 3、Support the preparation and compilation of pharmacology and pharmacodynamics documents for IND application.
- 4、Manage and communicate with CRO teams to identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 1、Education: PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, pharmaceutical sciences or related fields, with research experience in oncology or autoimmune disease drug development.
- 2、Experience: ≥3 years of working experience in large molecule and small molecule drug R&D.
- 3、Technical Skills: Proficient in FACS, WB, ELISA, cell proliferation and killing assays and other biochemical, cell biology and immunology technologies; hands-on experience with in vivo efficacy models is preferred.
- 4、Professional Competency: Possess solid theoretical foundation in oncology and immunology, with outstanding capability of problem identification and problem solving.
- 5、Language: Equipped with competent English writing and oral communication skills.
