Responsibilities

• 1、Develop in vitro biology functional platforms for oncology, autoimmune diseases, etc.; establish and optimize in vitro activity evaluation systems and mechanistic studies (experimental design, execution, data analysis, report writing).
• 2、Screen and assess activity and validation of small molecules or antibodies (monoclonal, multi-specific).
• 3、Develop ex-vivo biomarker and PK/PD in vitro analysis methods.
• 4、Manage and communicate with CROs; resolve working issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 1、Education: PhD in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, immunology, pharmaceutical sciences or related fields, with research experience in oncology or autoimmune disease drugs.
• 2、Experience: ≥3 years of large and small molecule drug R&D experience.
• 3、Technical Skills: Proficient in biochemical, cell biology and immunological experimental techniques, including cell culture, FACS, WB, TDCC, ELISA, cell proliferation and killing assays; experience in stable cell line construction and gene editing technology is preferred.
• 4、Prior TCE research experience is preferred.
• 5、Solid professional knowledge in oncology and immunology with outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
• 6、Good English proficiency in written and oral communication.
