Responsibilities

  • 1、Lead target assessment and project initiation; direct antibody molecule screening and evaluation for biologics projects from discovery to PCC and IND filing.
  • 2、Based on TPP, design research plans; establish antibody screening workflows and develop screening assays (ELISA, FACS, BLI/SPR for affinity, functional blocking, reporter gene, cell activation, etc.).
  • 3、Analyze and solve R&D issues; optimize experimental protocols.
  • 4、Record experiments in a timely manner; organize data; communicate and report results efficiently.
  • 5、Manage and maintain lab equipment; participate in SOP development.
  • 6、Participate in CRO selection, evaluation and auditing for biologics screening activities; monitor progress and quality.

 

Requirements

  • 1、Education: Master’s degree in immunology, oncology, cell biology or pharmacology with ≥5 years of experience.
  • 2、Familiar with large molecule drug screening and evaluation processes; deep understanding of biologics MOA and assay development.
  • 3、Experience in antibody and peptide screening/evaluation; TCE screening experience preferred.
  • 4、Skilled in literature and database searching; target evaluation/initiation and IND filing experience preferred.
  • 5、Possess strong problem-solving, communication and coordination skills with a high sense of responsibility.
