Responsibilities

• 1、Investigate and validate new targets or technologies for biologics.
• 2、Lead or participate in setting project goals, development strategies and timelines; coordinate antibody discovery with efficacy and PK/PD studies; ensure efficient project advancement.
• 3、Design antibody or protein drug structures; develop screening and characterization plans; analyze experimental data; maintain records; track competitor progress and report project status.
• 4、Independently manage animal immunization, antibody panning, multi-specific molecule preparation and developability assessment.
• 5、Contribute to patents, reports and publications.

Requirements

• 1、Education: Master’s degree or above; PhD preferred in structural biology, molecular biology, immunology or related fields.
• 2、Experience: ≥5 years in biologics development with proven track record of leading multiple projects to PCC.
• 3、Expertise: Proficient in preclinical biologics development workflow; deep knowledge of antibody discovery strategies, engineering, multi-specific design and mechanisms of action.
• 4、Skills: Strong cross-team communication and CRO management; ability to coordinate schedules, identify and solve problems efficiently.
• 5、Languages: Proficient in Chinese and English reading; skilled in literature and database searching.
